Frank`s Pizza in Aberdeen

Sorry to have to put such a Negative post, but we made an order as we are having a pool party at a hotel down the street from this restaurant.We order two pizzas and a soda special, mozzarella sticks and french fries with cheese.Not only did it take 1 hour and 40 minutes to get here, but the mozzarella sticks were cold and the cheese on the french fries was just nasty.The pizzas were warm to cold and we all regret not picking another pizza spot, as there are several in the area. We decided to go with Frank's, because the other Franks that used to be in beards Hill Plaza was a real restaurant that had authentic Italian food. This place, I have no idea how they even have a fair rating on here.Oh, and they forgot the Sprite. The guy had an orange Crush in the car, so we took that.We definitely would not recommend this place. If it were one of us, that's one thing. Four people complaining that it was nasty is a different story.

Frank's is a fantastic place to get lunch. Their lunch combo with 2 slices of pizza comes with a drink. I often get 2 slices of pepperoni, though their buffalo chicken is also pretty great. The pizza is greasy, but nothing a couple of napkins can't soak up if you're not into that kind of thing. They also have sandwiches; I haven't personally had them, but a lot of my coworkers order them regularly. Overall, a great place for a relatively cheap lunch!

They have a really delicious pizza

Fantastic value for the price. Incredibly thin, almost cracker like crust when you get it right out of the oven with a good amount of cheese and topping. I'm partial to the buffalo chicken pizza, but pepperoni and cheese are good too.Lunch specials come with a free drink too.

Ordered 2 subs and a onion ring last night. Took 2 hours for my food to reach me. Then, they only delivered 1 sub out of 2 and it was burnt. On top of that my onion rings where cold and soggy. I tried to get a refund but, was told had to wait till morning to talk to a manager and when morning came the manager refused saying he wasn’t working. These people are rude and run a business with zero ethnic.

Friendly staff and great food. Lunch combo deal is hard to beat. For pizza or subs Frank's is the place to go

Definitely not chain pizza, which is plus in my opinion. Slightly better than average pizza. But the staff is very friendly, and the service is very fast. Took about 20 from the time I ordered until the pizza was on my table, during the lunch rush. Not too shabby!

After working all day, I ordered a pizza to my hotel room. Fantastically delicious pizza with very friendly staff and delivery folk. Definitely going to get this again next time I'm in the area.

Great Pizza! I can't say enough how much I love Frank's Pizza. It's always well made and tastes great. The staff is incredibly friendly and outgoing. Everything is kept clean and well organized. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed. 3rd time we have ordered from Frank's and second time for delivery. Both times for delivery was a total nightmare. No more. The food is good but the service is very lacking. I can't wait 2+ hours for delivery of a pizza and fries.

Just had a delivery dropped I ordered a cheeseburger sub light on the mayo with the vege's on the side. So all I got when I opened it up was a dämn 10.50 cheeseburger on a sub roll. Nothing else. It is not that hard to read a damn screen. Not happy at all

Been eating at Franks for years! Best pizza and subs in Harford County! Its worth the drive to Aberdeen!

Ordered delivery. Spent 70$. Ordered online and then called and verified delivery time. They brought all the orders, wasn't made correctly. The French fries were cooked in old grease and horrible. We called and they said that grease wasn't changed. Said online ordering they can't see the selections for the sandwich. No offer of refund or discount at all.

This is what I just paid almost 6$ for? Thanks. The one thing I ordered for myself, isn’t what I ordered at all. Lettuce, cheese and tomatoes and NOT what it says on the menu! I ordered a garden salad.Update: as you can see below this is the response I get? Jeez. Not even offer the salad I ordered ? Or try to make it better? Wow! terrible management as well it seems.

The food was sooo good. They staff seemed super nice and helpful. We didn't wait long at all. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!!

Staff was amazing. Super friendly and quick. Pizza however wasnt that great. Not terrible, but certainty not great. Atmosphere wasnt the best either. Some tweakers and crackheads tend to stop by here to hang out with the staff. Certainly gave it a little bit of a sketchy vibe.I have no desire to ever return unfourtunately

The food is always delicious! In the past the delivery times were out of hand in the evenings but lately that all has changed. You can consistently place and receive your order withing 60-70 minutes on busy peak times, and 30-45 otherwise. Tyler is arguably the best pizza thrower in the county come in and give them a try! Light years apart from what they used to be, once again coming back full circle to their prime time years.

One of my main places to grab some food. good location, neat, and good customer service. Highly recommended!

Just terrible!!! Says they deliver til 10:30pm..well its 9:25pm and because they (finished early they closed early)! What kind of business is this. I think they believe that because they have been here for many years that its ok to operate in such a manner. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN. THEY JUST MISSED OUT ON A $100 ORDER

The food is very good, same with the customer service but the establishment is a little dirty.

We are new to the area. Where we come from we are accustomed to authentic Scicilian pizza. Frank's is right on the money. We ordered a beef large and mozzarella sticks. They arrived hit and delicious. We will definitely order again!!

Don't go here. Good chance you won't get what you ordered or you'll have a dead rodent in your food. If you bring it up to them, they won't try to correct it or give you a refund. They are rude and unprofessional. Just look at any of there responses here, they don't care. But I guess you shouldn't expect more from Aberdeen.

Good value for the money. Lunch can get busy but they usually have a good selection of pizzas so that there's something good that you can order. Local institution with consistent quality. When you're looking for a quick bite this is your place.

Its the best! Service is great people under pressure very busy. I was still greeted with a smile and good pizza too!

Great deal for the price. 2 slices and a drink for like 6 bucks. Pizza is good, thin, foldable slices.

Very nice and busy place. I was a bit thrown off when I seen the guy making pizza and warming food up, pick my slice up with his fands(no glove) toss it up in the air and put it in the oven. Then he pat his hands on his pants and went back to making pizza. I think I will allow my viewers to be the judge this review! They are very nice with that being said.

I go with my wife to this great restaurant quite often! This is my favorite place to to have a good dinner. I go there at least once a month. The cooking is very tasty, the staff is professional and the cost is fair. I like going in this place to have a rich lunch.

Wasnt good at all especially for the asking price... in the South we would never, use that king of steak meat for a calzone cheap cheap cheap low grade meat

Little expensive but very good calzone. I got the Philly cheesestake calzone which was huge! Paid somewhere around $10 for it. Staff was friendly and inside was ok.

Good prices, legitimately. A place where even 5-6 bucks gets u a tasty warm meal. Wish u could get 2 cannolli for the price, but that is my only complaint. Very tasty and friendly. Great neighborhood pizza, hope they get plenty of business!!!

I called to order and was asked if I could hold. I was driving while on hold. Arrived to Frank's and was still on hold. Went inside and stood in line and was next to order and the cashier answers the phone to take an order right in front of me. Meanwhile I'm still on hold waiting to order myself. When I said something the gentleman in the back said well we are busy. I said understand that but I've been on hold for 15 minutes. He told me if I don't like it Burger King is open. No apologies, just if you don't like being mistreated by us go to a fast food joint.
